My story
During my teenage years, I was not attracted to exercise, actually had a pretty sedentary life, but my life changed completely when I discovered Pilates, Yoga, and meditation. A journey of 7 years exploring different movement practices and rediscovering who I am through Yoga, spirituality, and self-study. It changed my life. Today, I feel stronger physically and mentally than ever before. This lifestyle gave me the opportunity of being the best version of myself, authentic and empowered.
I am passionate about a conscious way of living and I am committed to sharing everything I have learned with you in relation to movement, spirituality, and mindset.
It is my mission to transform the way you look and feel, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I hope you can find some nuggets of wisdom in every class as much as a safe space to be your unique self.

Hi there, I’m Carolina. I have over 8 years of experience working in a clinical setting. A long journey of studying movement as a physiotherapist, pilates, and yoga instructor.
I love to give people a holistic experience by using mindfulness, breathing, Pilates, and Yoga. My classes are mindful, challenging and are designed to empower my clients through movement so they can live a simple life and embrace it with freedom.
I host wellness retreats and mindful workshops in spanish and english to help you slow down, relax and reconnect with your true Self.
