New to our Pilates Studio?

Our Clinical Pilates classes starts with an Initial Assessment.

It's an opportunity for you to understand how to activate your core and pelvic floor muscles while becoming familiar with the equipment. This session is one-on-one with your instructor, here you can talk about any injuries, previous movement experiences, discomfort, and your personal goals.

To book your Initial Consultation online follow these steps:

  1. Buy an "Intro Clinical Pack’.

  2. Book the Initial Assessment. Once you have your pack you can book yourself in any of the Initial Consultation Classes available. We have availability on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday mornings. Other times can be arrange if needed via email.

  3. After that, you can manage your bookings online. When you pay online the system creates an account under that name/email. Make sure you are using the same email to access your bookings.
