  • What is the diferrence between group, semi-private and private classes?

    Group classes are online sessions design to give you a full body workout and stretch. You’ll get to move in all directions, breathe and feel good. They are a great complement to semi-privates or privates sess

    Semi-privates are online or in-person at our location in Camberwell. These sessions are great if you want to work on a specific goal, need injury management or you are pregnant. Limited times available.

    Privates are online or at your home. You get full attention from our instructor, plus constant feedback on alignment, posture, and technique. You can work on a specific goal, manage your injuries or exercise safetly during the pregnancy. You choose a convenient time for you. Fully flexible times available.

  • I'm new to Pilates!

    The easiest way to get you started is with the intro offer for semi-privates. If you are looking to do a private class you can get the ‘5 private pack’. It would help to familiarise yourself with the studio, instructors & teaching style.

    You’ll have a initial consultation with one of our qualified and experienced instructors to get to know you and your goals. We will evaluate your posture, flexibility, strength, mobility and stability to design a program that is unique to your needs. To book the first session you’ll need to contact us.

  • Do you have a special offer for first timers?

    Absolutely! We currently offer an ‘Intro Clinical Pack’ for semi-privates at the studio. We do not have a special offer for privates classes.
